When will my order ship? and when will I receive my order?

We ship orders usually in 2-3 business days after order is paid(excluding holidays). Regular orders received in 10-12 days with free shipping(ePackage, Post Air Mail)

Expedited orders will be shipped by express or Fast ePackage and will be received in 7-9 days with extra expedited shipping cost.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive emails to track your order’s journey.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, you change cancel your order within 24 hours. But if an order is shipped out, you can't change it or cancel it. For questions, please contact homlynn@hotmail.com.
